Delivery Information

Cost Less Bolts & Industrial Supplies Pty Ltd offers FREE standard shipping on orders over $99 (valid for orders under 20kg in Metro VIC only). Free shipping excludes oversized or heavy items requiring additional freight.

Our products are primarily shipped through Toll/Mail Plus, with orders in Metro VIC shipped via VicTas Freight when applicable. Items delivered to Australia Post P.O. Boxes will be shipped via Australia Post Standard Satchels (expected delivery time of 2–6 business days).

Estimated Delivery Timeframes (After Dispatch)

  • 1–3 Business Days: VIC Metro

  • 2–4 Business Days: VIC Rural, Sydney Metro, Adelaide Metro, Canberra Metro, TAS (Metro & Rural)

  • 3–6 Business Days: NSW Rural, SA Rural, QLD Metro, WA Metro

  • 4–8 Business Days: QLD Rural, NT (Metro & Rural), WA Rural

Oversized & Heavy Freight

Please note that shipping rates for many of the industrial items and bulk fasteners we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its product detail page. To reflect the policies of our freight partners, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram. Oversized or heavy items may require specialized freight and are excluded from standard free shipping offers.

Handling Time: Please allow up to 2 business days handling time for your order to be processed and dispatched. We kindly ask that you wait until this handling period has passed before contacting us with concerns regarding your tracking information.

Local Pick-up Options

Standard Click & Collect orders operate on a 24-hour turnaround time unless confirmed otherwise by our team.

To ensure we always have the supplies you need, Cost Less Bolts | Industrial Supplies utilizes a dedicated secondary distribution warehouse. If the items you ordered are in stock but located at our distribution facility, we will arrange an immediate stock transfer to the Ringwood trade counter. These transfers are typically completed by the following business afternoon.

Important: Please wait until you receive your official "Ready for Pickup" email or SMS before heading into the store so we can ensure your gear is boxed, transferred, and waiting for you. Please call us if your request is urgent, we will call you if any issues arise with your order.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Cost Less Bolts & Industrial Supplies Pty Ltd will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Processing Your Refund: You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes:

  • The transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days).

  • The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).

  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

How to Return an Item: If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the Account menu in the top right.

Click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
